Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC) ab UP Teacher Eligibility Test (UP TET) 2026 ke liye online applications accept kar raha hai. Ye test primary level (class 1 se 5) aur higher primary level (class 6 se 8) ke liye hai jaise ki Adv. No. 01/ UPTET/ 2026 mein diya gaya hai. Eligible candidates official UPESSC website uptet.upessc.org/otr/info par online application form bhar sakte hain. Application period 27 March 2026 se shuru hota hai aur 26 April 2026 tak chalega UP Teacher Eligibility Test UPTET 2026 ke liye.
The Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC) is now accepting online applications for the UP Teacher Eligibility Test (UP TET) 2026. This test is for primary level (class 1 to 5) and higher primary level (class 6 to 8) as per Adv. No. 01/ UPTET/ 2026. Eligible candidates can fill out the online application form on the official UPESSC website at uptet.upessc.org/otr/info. The application period starts on 27th March 2026 and ends on 26th April 2026 for the UP Teacher Eligibility Test UPTET 2026.

UP TET Eligibility 2026

Class 6 to 8 Eligiblity Criteria
Candidates must have passed the graduation exam and be enrolled in the final year of a two-year D.L.Ed. (BTC) program from an institution affiliated with the Uttar Pradesh government, or have completed it.

Alternatively,

Candidates should have a minimum of 50% marks in their graduation or post-graduation and be in the final year of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) program from an NCTE recognized institution, or have completed it.

Or,

Candidates with at least 45% marks in their graduation or post-graduation and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree must have obtained it according to the regulations issued by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) regarding recognition, standards, and procedures from time to time.

Or,

Candidates should have a minimum of 50% marks in their graduation or post-graduation and have a degree from an NCTE recognized institution or one recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).

 Documents List for UP TET 2026
  • The following documents need to be uploaded online:
  • – A Passport Size Photograph (between 30 KB and 300 KB).
    – A Signature (between 10 KB and 200 KB).
    – Documents and Declaration (between 50 KB and 500 KB).
  • Applicants are required to upload a valid Photo Identity Proof in PDF format.
  • They also need to upload their academic mark sheets and certificates in PDF format.
  • This includes documents like the 10th Marksheet, 12th Marksheet, Graduation Marksheet, and any other relevant academic qualifications.
